Why should we hire a professional wedding videographer?

A professional videographer doesn’t just record your day — they tell your story with cinematic movement, emotion, and sound. You’ll get a polished film that lets you relive moments you might miss on the wedding day.
What styles of wedding films do you offer?

Feature film – full narrative of your day

Documentary – real moments as they happen

Teaser - up to 1 min video

You’re welcome to choose a style, or we can recommend what suits your day best.
How far in advance should we book you?

Wedding videography is in high demand, especially in Jacksonville and Florida coastal seasons. I recommend booking as soon as your date and venue are secured — ideally 6–9 months before the wedding.

We also do last minute calls. Price might differ from what you see on price list.
How do your pricing and packages work?

Our pricing is based on coverage length and deliverables. Typical packages include:

• number of hours filmed

• teaser reel

• feature film length

• raw footage or social reels

Deposit and payment schedules will be discussed up front. We’re transparent about all costs.
What’s your booking process?

Once you decide to book:

1. Fill out a contact form or schedule consultation

2. Choose a package

3. Sign a contract and pay a 50% deposit

4. We plan timeline + logistics with you

Final balance is due your wedding day.
Will you be the one filming our wedding?

Yes — I will be on site, unless otherwise arranged. If a second shooter is included, you’ll meet both of us before the big day. Many couples value working with the same person they’ve seen in the portfolio.
How long will you stay on the wedding day?

We usually follow your timeline — from getting ready through ceremony and reception — and can stay as late as needed based on your package. Longer coverage ensures no key moments are missed.
Do you film rehearsal dinners or bridal sessions?

Yes — additional events like rehearsal dinners, engagement sessions, and bridal portraits can be included or added to our plan. This helps build the story and gives more beautiful footage.
How do you handle sound and music licensing?

We use high-quality audio equipment for vows, speeches, and ambient sound. For background music in your film, we work with licensed music sources to ensure your video stays legal and beautiful.
Will we receive the raw footage?

If it’s included in your package, then yes. if no, we can always add it. Finished films are fully edited, color-graded, and ready to watch.
How long until we get our wedding video?

Delivery timelines vary by season and film type, but you should expect your feature film within 90 days after the wedding.
Do you travel to our venue?

Absolutely — we travel to any venue within Jacksonville and surrounding areas. For destination weddings outside the local area, travel fees may apply.
What if something goes wrong (e.g., illness, equipment failure)?

We always have backup equipment and contingency plans to ensure your day is fully covered. In rare cases of emergency, I will communicate immediately and offer an alternate solution.
Will you work well with our photographer and other vendors?

Yes — coordination with your photographer and planners is part of our process. Our goal is to capture your day smoothly and respectfully without interrupting the flow of events.
What makes your approach different?

Every wedding has its own story — our approach is to capture real emotions, not staged moments. We focus on blending in while documenting your day authentically and beautifully.
